1. What services do you offer for dog grooming? We offer a range of grooming services, including baths, haircuts, nail trimming, ear cleaning, and flea treatments. Please contact us for a full list of services.
-
2. How do I book an appointment? You can book an appointment by sending me a WhatsApp message. Please note, I might be grooming a dog and unable to pick up the phone if you call, but I will respond to your message as soon as possible. For a smoother booking process, please send me a recent picture of your dog when requesting an appointment.
-
3. How long does a grooming session take? The duration of the grooming session depends on your dog's breed, coat condition, and the services requested. On average, grooming sessions take between 1 to 3 hours.
-
4. Do I need to make an appointment, or can I walk in?An appointment is required due to my busy schedule and the fact that I work alone. This ensures that I can give each dog the time and attention they deserve. Please contact me via WhatsApp to book your appointment, and I’ll get back to you as soon as possible!
-
5. How old should my puppy be before getting groomed? We recommend waiting until your puppy has had all necessary vaccinations before their first grooming session.
-
6. How often should I brush my dog?The frequency of brushing depends on your dog’s coat length. For dogs with longer hair, it’s recommended to brush them at least twice a week to keep their coat tangle-free. Be sure to check with a comb to ensure all tangles are gone.
-
7. Can I stay with my dog during grooming? While I understand you may want to stay with your dog, it’s important for your pup to focus on the grooming process to ensure a safe experience. Dogs can sometimes become distracted by their owners, which can lead to sudden movements. Since we work with sharp tools, it’s best for your dog to have all of their attention on me to avoid any accidents.
-
8. How often should my dog visit the dog grooming salonFor most dogs, it’s recommended to visit the groomer every 4 to 8 weeks to keep their coat healthy, clean, and well-maintained.
-
9. What if my dog has fleas or ticks? Please ensure your dog is free of fleas or ticks before your grooming appointment. If we find any, an additional charge will apply to cover the cost of disinfecting the grooming salon before the next appointment. Please note, a grooming session does not treat or eliminate fleas or ticks. If your dog has an infestation, I recommend visiting a veterinarian for the appropriate treatment.
-
10. How much does dog grooming cost?Pricing depends on the size, breed, behavior and coat condition of your dog, as well as the grooming services requested. Contact us for a custom quote based on your dog needs
-
11. Do you groom all dog breeds?Yes, we groom all breeds, sizes, and coat types. Whether your dog is long-haired, short-haired, or has specific grooming needs, we can accommodate them.
-
12. Can I bring more than 1 dog at the same time?Yes, you can bring multiple dogs at the same time! They can keep each other company during the grooming session. Just let me know when you book your appointment, and we’ll make sure everything is scheduled accordingly.
-
13. Is there an extra charge for matted coats? At my grooming salon, your dog’s well-being is my top priority. I understand that matting can cause discomfort and pain, and it’s not a pleasant process for either of us. If your dog’s coat is heavily matted, we will likely need to shave it, and an extra charge will apply to cover the additional time, care, and specialized equipment required to safely handle the mats. Please note, maintaining high-quality equipment is essential for providing the best grooming experience. Shaving matted coats can put extra wear and tear on my grooming tools, requiring frequent maintenance and sharpening to ensure their effectiveness and safety for all dogs. The extra charge helps cover the cost of keeping my equipment in top condition for each grooming session.

14. What happens if I need to cancel or reschedule an appointment? To ensure I can provide the best care for all our clients and their pets, please review and adhere to the following policies: Cancellation & No-Show Policy As a small, one-person business, my time is incredibly valuable. Every appointment is carefully planned, and last-minute cancellations or no-shows make it challenging to manage my schedule. Policy Details: First Late Cancellation (Less than 24 hours before the appointment) or No-Show: A 50% fee of the estimated grooming cost will be charged. Any Late Cancellations (Less than 24 hours before the appointment) or No-Shows After the First Time: A 100% fee of the estimated grooming cost will be charged. Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 10 minutes late, I may not have enough time to complete the groom, and the same cancellation fees may apply. Understanding and Fairness: I understand that life happens — emergencies and unexpected situations can occur. If you find yourself in a difficult situation, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I’ll always do my best to handle each case with understanding and fairness. Thank you for your support, understanding, and respect for my time. I truly value every one of my clients and look forward to continuing to care for your furry friends! If you have any questions or need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible only on Whatsapp at +599 785 1648

15. Should I bring my short hair dog to the groomer?Yes, even short-haired dogs can benefit from regular grooming! While they don’t require as much maintenance as long-haired breeds, grooming helps keep their coat healthy, removes loose fur, and maintains good hygiene. A professional groomer will also trim nails, clean ears, and give your dog a refreshing bath, leaving them looking and feeling their best. Additionally, grooming sessions can serve as a great opportunity for your dog’s health to be checked. Groomers are often able to spot issues such as skin conditions, lumps, or parasites that may need attention, making it an important part of your dog’s overall health care.
-
16. What should I do if my dog has a medical condition? If your dog has any medical condition or requires special care, please let us know before the appointment so we can tailor the grooming experience to their needs
-
17. Can you trim my dog’s nails and clean their ears?Yes, nail trimming and ear cleaning are included in all of our grooming sessions. However, if you only need a nail trim, we also offer it as a standalone option. Simply reach out to schedule a quick appointment!
-
18. Do you groom cats as well?Unfortunately, I don't groom cats—my ninja skills just aren't sharp enough for that! My focus is on providing the best care for dogs, and I’d be happy to help with any grooming needs your pup may have.
-
19. What should I do to prepare my dog for their grooming appointment? To ensure a smooth and comfortable grooming experience, please make sure your dog has gone potty before the appointment. It’s also important to check that your dog is free of fleas and ticks. For the best results, please ensure your dog is clean and free of tangles before their grooming session. This helps make the process quicker and more pleasant for everyone involved. Additionally, please avoid taking your dog to the beach before their appointment, as the sand can damage my equipment and affect the quality of the grooming session.
-
20. What happens if my dog gets injured during grooming?I take every precaution to ensure your dog’s safety and well-being during grooming. However, grooming - especially in cases of severe matting - can come with risks such as skin irritation, nicks, or other unforeseen issues. While I handle every dog with care and professionalism, the final responsibility remains with the owner. If your dog is matted, I will need to shave close to the skin, which increases the risk of irritation or cuts. By booking an appointment, you acknowledge and accept these risks. If you have concerns, please discuss them with me before the grooming session.
